Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery is free for any purchase over €200 in mainland France and Belgium.

All Slean products are stored in our warehouse in the Paris region.

If you live in Ile de France you will be delivered in 24/48h, at your door (elevator or not). For the rest of France, delivery takes 2/3 days and is done at the foot of the building by default. If you want delivery to the floor and to the room of your choice, let us know when ordering.

We also ship to Europe. Do not hesitate to send us your address and the products you want at bonjour@slean.com to receive a quote, which you can pay online afterwards.

 

Returns

You have 30 days to try your products, if they don't suit you, we'll come and take them back for free and we'll refund you within 48 hours.

Just remember to keep the packaging 😉
